Everything started one evening with four guys who had known each other for what seemed like forever. Each of us had our own separate businesses and was just talking about how much fun it would be to do something together.
We were all foodies; wherever we traveled, it was all about the food, not the tourist attractions. That's how the idea of a ramen shop came about.
Years went by, and then suddenly, a pandemic broke out worldwide. This gave us the opportunity to realize our idea that had started a long time ago. Let us present SIN Ramen!
We were passionate about food. When we started this journey we committed to taking no shortcuts. We decided to do everything from scratch: the broth, the noodles.
So, the experimentation began, with thousands of liters of broth, each liter different from the last. Hundreds of batches of noodles, each batch unique.
Then our first restaurant came together. What became clear was our high ambitions; we aimed not only to make great ramen but also to create the best Asian-inspired drinks.
